The annual celebration of Mission Week at St. Leonard Church helps the parish to evangelize its members to become missionaries of Christ and the Church. It is held annually on the feast of its patron saint, Saint John Leonardi, d. 1609. The patron saint’s feast day is October 9. S. Giovvani Leonardi is regarded as the co-founder of the College of the Propaganda Fidei and the Mission Office of the Church.

October 9, Thursday, 7 pm: Mission in Honduras – Deacon James Rouse and Deacon Rericha, Power-point presentation.

October 10, Friday, 7 pm: Mission in Bolivia - Fr. James Ogurchock, Chaplain, Mt. Carmel East Hospital, will show slides of the ministry of his brother, Fr. John Ogurchock, M..M.,

October 11, Saturday, 5 pm: Mission in the Philippines - Fr. Steven Bambusch, PIME. Homily at the Mass

October 12, Sunday, 8:30 and 11 am: Mission in the Philippines - Fr. Steven Bambusch, PIME. Homilies at the Masses

PSR Children in the costumes of the nations – 11am Mass.

Ladies Guild - Annual Spaghetti Dinner: 12-4 ($6 adults, $5 seniors, $4 children 5-12,
